About the role

Mc Connell Dowell Constructors Aust. Pty Ltd are seeking an experienced Travel and Accommodation Administrator interested in working in our South Brisbane Office supporting a FIFO Water Pipeline project on a 6-month contract term.

You will provide vital administrative support to the team and ensure the smooth coordination in all aspects of travel and mobilisation. Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels, with tasks including:

• Detailed preparation and recording of internal and external correspondence.
• Coordinate all aspects of worker travel including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for workers regarding travel arrangements providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Detailed preparation and recording of internal and external correspondence.
