The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
Assistant In-Room Dining Manager

Your Tasks:

• Plan, execute and coordinate the entire in-room dining operation
• Coordinating and ensuring a smooth service flow in our in-room dining operation
• Designing a unique in-room dining experience for our discerning guests
• Acting creatively and innovatively to define and implement strategies in coordination with our Director of F&B
• Leadership and staff responsibilities
• Guest relations, handling complaints, and analyzing and evaluating guest feedback

Your Competencies:

• a sound training in the upscale hotel industry
• Professional experience in the food & beverage sector and as a supervisor
• Leadership skills
• An independent and self-responsible way of working
• Organizational and planning skills
• Friendliness, teamwork and flexibility
• professional appearance and behaviour
• Very good knowledge of German and English, additional foreign languages are advantageous
