Location: #Austria
Role type: #remote & #onsite
Occupancy: 75%
Language: #German (#C1), English

Job Description:
Tasks:
central contact person with us as an IT service provider for banks for technical and organizational tasks in day-to-day operations
Support of facility management (e.g. in the event of relocations of the IT infrastructure)
Close cooperation on technical requirements closely with the data center
Responsibility for the internal support of the IT/building infrastructure .
Coordination of hardware and software equipment including peripherals and telephony
responsible for order processing with internal and external providers (e.g. purchase of IT infrastructure).
Participation in internal IT projects (e.g. redesign of office workplaces, introduction of new hardware and office solutions).

Requirements for you:
have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT service and ideally a technical education.
you are a tinkerer:in with craftsmanship and a pronounced interest in technology.
has very good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Office 365 environment) and incident tools.
attaches great importance to customer and service orientation and reacts dynamically to changing requirements.
brings a high degree of organizational ability, personal responsibility, reliability and accuracy.
can set priorities and think across
locations and topics German-level at least C1
