Our core competences are materials research and process technology along the complete value chain – from raw material to finished products. Master Thesis (f/m/d)

Topic: Membrane technologies as an energy-efficient alternative to thermal evaporation for the recovery of water

These fascinating research issues are waiting for you:

• Application of pressure-driven and pressure-free membrane technologies
• Recovery of process water from various effluents of the viscose fiber production
• Analysis of the impact of the relevant factors on process efficiency
• Up-scaling of the lab setup for industrial applicability tests

Your qualifications:

• Degree in process engineering, chemistry or physics
• Theoretical and practical understanding of membrane separation processes
• Interest in research on production-relevant and sustainable systems
• Reliability, flexibility and independence
