We are urgently looking for #PMO
Locations- #Vienna #Austria
Language: #English #German (Nice to have)
Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

JOB DESCRIPTION –
Tasks:

Support in the preparation of presentation documents

Coordination and preparation of reports for management

Control of the different project parts, queries about to-do’s

Conducting research and analysis, compiling statistics

Coordination tasks between project managers

Requirements:

Knowledge of project management, experience in dealing with common project management tools desirable

ideally knowledge in one of the subject areas PMO, Controlling, Business Analysis, Test Management or Application Development

Strong planning and organizational skills, resilience and flexibility

Basic knowledge of common project management methods (waterfall, agile, …)

excellent MS Office skills

high communication skills as well as extremely responsible and reliable way of working
