Job description
Are you a proactive and highly organized professional with a passion for sales and marketing? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and excel at anticipating needs before they arise? If so, we want you to join our team at Cooper Consumer Health as a Sales & Marketing Assistant! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our Austrian Leadership team and managing our new office in Vienna, contributing directly to the growth and success of our business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leadership Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Country Manager AT/CH and the Austrian leadership team (Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager), ensuring seamless operations across all functions.
  • Office Management: Oversee the smooth running of the Vienna office, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. Manage post, hardware, and software in coordination with IT partners, and handle expense reports with precision.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with team members to manage and drive projects to completion, taking ownership of delegated tasks and ensuring they are executed to the highest standard.
  • Administrative Excellence: Perform complex administrative duties, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Vendor & Technology Coordination: Liaise with support teams and external vendors to address any technology, facilities, or operational needs, ensuring the business runs smoothly at all times.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate key meetings, travel arrangements, and company events, ensuring every detail is planned and executed flawlessly.
  • Content & Communication Support: Assist with content creation for internal communications and external engagement, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Operational Support: Contribute to operational processes, offering innovative ideas for continuous improvement and efficiency across the team.
  • Sales & Market Analysis: Conduct detailed sales and market analyses, including direct sales, market share assessments, and target vs. actual comparisons, using BI tools for KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Vendor Management: Handle vendor relationships for marketing and advertising materials, managing requests for quotations and controlling invoices to ensure budget adherence.

EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in a Sales & Marketing Assistant role within a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing functions.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, remain calm under pressure, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, particularly in data entry and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Positive, can-do attitude with a practical approach to problem-solving, using initiative and common sense to overcome challenges.
  • Dependability & Confidentiality: Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
