Head Hostess / Reception Manager
Your role as Head Hostess / Reservations Manager is to be responsible for the smooth communication between the Restaurant, Bar and Lounge Service teams regarding guest waiting times and reservation bookings. The Head Hostess / Reservations Manager oversees the Reception team, leading by example, answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties as well as taking on responsibilities of a Duty Manager, largely focused on guest satisfaction.
You will be responsible to:
· Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables.
· Ensure all guests are satisfied and address all special requests, issues and complaints
· Responsible for ensuring a sufficient supply of menus
· Organize the printing of group menus and coordinate with the kitchen team
· Effectively allocate tables for each party according to the daily reservation.
· Ensure all reservations are correctly recorded and confirmed
· Manage and organize all staff requirements and duty rotas for the department
· Encourage thorough product knowledge within the team
· Conducts training for the team

· Good communication skills

· Must be able to communicate in English
Knowledgeable in Arabic is a plus but not required
