The Job
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be based in our office in Bahrain . The successful candidate will be responsible for all pre sales and post sales support activity of the company.
The job entails supporting the sales person during pre-sales meetings and conducting pre-sales demos. The candidate will also be responsible for after sales customer support in terms of hardware and software installation, troubleshooting issues, providing customer training and onsite support.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate is expected to have strong communication and people skills with the ability to understand customer requirements. An effective communicator both internally and externally & able to take quick decisions.
The candidate should meet the following.
Pay: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month

- Computer / IT Engineer
- Experience of at least 2-3 years of working in an IT customer support job
- Knowledge of IT hardware systems and devices
- Knowledge of IT Software
- Strong communication skills
- Result Oriented
- Arabic knowledge is an advantage
Pay: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
