- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. Collaborate with senior management to drive business performance.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting. Analyze financial performance and present insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Present findings to executive management and the board.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring efficient capital allocation and working capital management.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to provide financial insights that support decision-making.
- External Relations: Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as necessary.
Pay: BD400.000 - BD450.000 per month
