Tendering And Estimation Manager – Electrical Projects Division

-Should hold a Degree in Electrical Engineering
-Should have experience in managing a team in scrutinizing and evaluating tender documents, drawings, and schedules, Floating inquiries to suppliers, comparing quotations, and negotiating both technical and commercial aspects with them.
-Should be able to Conduct value engineering to meet client budget constraints and should be an expert in maintaining ISO documentation, record-keeping, and supplier data. Additionally, the role involves delegating quantity take-offs to QSs, verifying quantities, pricing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and assisting in compiling tenders and preparing pre-qualification documents.
-This role reports directly to the General Manager - MEP Division.
-The preferred age is around 50 years.
