To achieve this mission, we are looking for an Account Executive to grow our Engage (Saa S) proposition.



What you will do

As Account Executive you will find business opportunities for CM.com Engage (Saa S) proposition. You will manage potential customers from the very first contact until the contract signature. Your responsibilities include:
  • Create and carry out prospection strategies, based on your Target Account Lists per Key Industry.
  • Visit and network on sector-specific events where we often also give key notes (and why not giving a key note yourself while you’re at it?).
  • Manage inbound leads, generated by our high-performing central Marketing team.
  • Understand customers’ needs.
  • Give related presentations and product demos.
  • Negotiate agreements.

You connect with us, if you:


  • Minimum 2 years’ of work experience in software/service sales in a technology driven environment;
  • Skilled contract negotiator and strategic thinker;
  • Communication skills that are above market standards;
  • Great social and convincing skills;
  • Experience with larger Enterprise customers in multiple industries;
  • Fluency in Dutch and French;
  • Given we’re a global organization, we expect you to be fluent in English as well.

  • Are energetic, proactive and highly motivated to realize results;
  • Willingness to learn and experiment;
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment to meet evolving business.
