Allocator Owned stores & Retail reporting

You are responsible for the order creation, allocation and timely replenishment down to SKU level;

You define the optimal stock levels per store based on sell-through and store capacity, you propose to change the item flow in case of best sellers and slow movers;
-
You optimize clearance sale by dividing leftover stock to stores with the most sales potential;
-
You support in dividing leftover stock to our outlets based on their capacity and needs;
-
You follow-up on product deliveries in store, pick-ups, returns to warehouse, transfers between stores;
-
You are the first point of contact for the store teams and partner with other departments such as Planning, Logistics, carriers and the DC to secure timely delivery dates of our collection;
-
You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of all our different sell out reports which are shared with different teams;
-
You organize sell out meetings with Merchandising & Operations team and create a Power Point presentation to share key highlights presented by the team managers;
-
You set-up promotions in our promotion program that is feeding the stores cash system;
-
You are the point of contact for ad hoc requests related to store performance, sales & stock, promotions, etc;
-
Master or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Retail, Fashion or other related field;
-
A first working experience (1- 2 yrs);
-
Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills are a must;
-
You are an accurate and independent worker and have attention to details;
-
Strong communication skills;
-
Strong Excel knowledge, Power BI, Power query are a plus;

Proficiency in written and spoken English & Dutch;
