Associate Professional Services Consultant

Position Overview: As an Associate Professional Services Consultant (PSC), you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of a diverse range of customers – optimizing and configuring the Showpad Enablement Operating System (e OS) based on client-specific business goals, selling strategy and technical requirements. As a PSC, you will demonstrate expertise in 4 key areas:
Consultancy
The ability to run discovery meetings and advise on best practices that align with customer business goals, selling strategy and tech stack with a focus on scalability and solutioning.
Technical Expertise
PSCs are experts about everything Showpad. In addition to mastering the Showpad e OS, you will also develop expertise around other systems we integrate with and complement (CRM, SSO, CMS, etc).
Project Management
Manage the delivery of customer projects from end-to-end. This will include influencing decisions and managing expectations across multiple internal and external teams. Closely monitoring hours consumed by tasks delivered to the customer to ensure superior project hygiene.
Training and Change Management
A successful launch is key to driving business results. You will be instrumental to clients' Training and Change Management teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools for a flawless rollout to their end-users.
Successful customers are our number one priority. As a PSC, you will directly affect our customer's success, both with Showpad and in their business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of software implementation projects on schedule, within budget, and with the highest customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Support, Engineering and Product in resolving product related implementation issues
- Optimize communication and ensure effective knowledge transfer and hand-offs to support post implementation
- 0-2 years of relevant customer project experience
- Ambition to build a career in Professional Services within Saa S Tech space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Driven by customer satisfaction
- Affinity with technology
- Desire to build out and optimize your project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable to work in a team environment
- Self-Starter, challenger, and result-driven personality
- Knowledge or prior experience with sales and marketing eco stack such as CRM, Marketing automation, CMS/ECM (Sharepoint, DAM, etc).
- Experience with a variety of media assets and file formats
- Any additional language proficiency (e.g. Spanish/French/German)
- Occasional travel is required for organizational meetings and customer onsite engagements
