YOUR MISSION

The Digital Learning Specialist is responsible for designing, managing and deploying online training programs for the company's employees. He/she plays a key role in the digitalization of learning paths, the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and actively participate in HR projects related to skills development, employee engagement, and talent management in close collaboration with the business.


Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Digital Aspects (Systems, Processes, and Tools )
1. LMS (Learning Management System) Management:

  • Administration and configuration of the LMS platform.
  • Increasing platform traffic by proposing innovative initiatives.
  • Creating, updating, and organizing educational content (e-learning modules, videos, interactive quizzes, webinars).
  • Monitoring learner performance and engagement indicators through LMS reporting (completion rates, feedback).
2. Digital Tools:
  • Proposing and managing digital training tools (e-learning authoring tools, webinar platforms, video and interactive quiz creation tools).
  • Developing and implementing blended learning paths that combine face-to-face training and digital tools.
  • Conducting technology watch to propose innovations in digital learning methods (virtual reality, gamification, mobile learning).
3. Training Process Automation:
  • Optimizing and automating training workflows (automatic notifications, completion reminders, certificate generation).
  • Coordinating with internal teams (IBS) to ensure compatibility and security of online learning systems.


Participation in HR Projects (Engagement, Talent, Learning):

1. Skills Development Projects:
  • Collaborating with the HR team and managers to identify training needs and propose suitable solutions (personalized paths, professional certifications, etc.).
  • Setting up internal communication campaigns to promote new training offerings.
  • Participating in the definition and implementation of talent development programs (talent management, leadership).
2. Engagement Survey:
  • Coordinating the entire employee engagement survey process: preparation, launch, dissemination, and follow-up of questionnaires.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting survey data using basic statistical methods.
  • Presenting survey results to management and participating in proposing improvement actions based on feedback analysis.

YOUR PROFILE

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Educational Engineering, Digital Learning, or equivalent.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in LMS management and online training design.


Technical knowledge mastered or to be developed together:


  • Proficiency in LMS tools (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Talentsoft, 360Learning).
  • Ideally, content management skills (SCORM, Tin Can API, HTML5, authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
  • Good understanding of immersive learning technologies (virtual reality, simulations) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS365 suite with in-depth knowledge of Excel.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent organization and administrative rigor.
  • Project management skills.
  • Team spirit and ability to work in project mode with various stakeholders (HR, IT, Managers).
  • Pedagogical sense and ability to simplify technical concepts.
