The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for adapting global marketing strategies to local markets in EMEA, organizing events, and building campaigns to generate leads. They collaborate with sales teams, ensure brand compliance, and utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns in the local context.
This Role is hybrid 2 to 3 days based in Esko HQ in Gent, Belgium or in Esko Itzehoe Germany

In your role you will:

• Support your region in organizing local Esko events and partner events.

• Apply a metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans

• Roll out of marketing campaigns based on available content provided by global marketing
  (key messaging, case studies, what’s new)
• Drive marketing campaigns using different sources: email/webinar/social/digital) => multichannel approach to initiate new funnel
• PR with local magazines
• Identify which associations are key within the region to create more brand awareness by attending conferences & speaking slot
• Do regional level reporting, SFDC reports, BU level insights
• work with all levels of associates and therefore have the ability to adapt your communication style
• Identifying translation needs, support marketing campaigns
• Work with schools/universities to develop university program and enable students to use our software during their education (campus connected)

The essential requirements of the job include

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, at least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role
• Having experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Language skills (written & oral): English, German – Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to travel to attend Esko and partner events in your Region.
