Tasks

• Provide comprehensive deskside support to end-users in Belgium, ensuring seamless resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, maintaining optimal system performance.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of workstations, ensuring compliance with company policies and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, solutions provided, and any necessary follow-up actions using ticketing systems.
• Support global rollouts by coordinating with international teams and managing forward stocking locations to streamline shipping processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in deskside support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
