Function

For TML Ghent we are looking for a Handling Officer who is responsible for the efficient administrative handling of transport appointments, including deliveries and pickups.
Your tasks:

• You will, together with your colleagues, be responsible for the administrative follow-up of transport documents.
• You will process documents according to prescribed procedures.
• You will manage the general mailbox and incoming phone calls.
• You will prepare documents related to the CMR document.
• You will make appointments for delivery and collection of goods.
