We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bilingual Helpdesk Technician fluent in both French and Dutch to join our dynamic team in Brussels. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients and internal users in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient issue resolution and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide initial assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, with familiarity in common operating systems (Windows, mac OS) and office applications.
• Utilize phone, email, and remote tools to resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialized support teams as needed.
• Address technical inquiries and guide users with clear and precise instructions while maintaining high service standards.
• Offer support in both French and Dutch, ensuring accurate and effective communication with all users.
• Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and configuration of systems and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues and enhance support processes; actively engage in team meetings.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and accurate records of support activities and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch (Level B1-B2).
• Technical troubleshooting with experience in resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle technical inquiries efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with users and team members.
• Experience with common operating systems and office applications.
• Ability to perform technical maintenance and system updates.
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for support activities.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues as needed
