Job Title: HR Operations Specialist (Belgium and Western Europe)
Location: Zaventem, Belgium
The Opportunity
The HR Operations Specialist at ADB SAFEGATE will be a key member of the HR team dedicated to HR Operations and Payroll. This role involves handling employee inquiries, managing payroll for multiple entities, coordinating with external vendors and ensuring smooth HR operations to enhance the overall employee experience.
You will make an impact by….

Providing 1st line support resolving complex payroll queries and employees’ requests in a timely manner.

Manage payroll processes (white collar and blue collar) for multiple countries, including reports, coordination, and ensuring timely payments.

Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations and reporting.

Uphold employee documentation and compliance with local legislations.

Troubleshoot employee issues and provide recommendations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on HR projects.

Accurate and timely management of the monthly process including hirings, terminations, benefits, overtimes, work permits, expatriate packages etc.

Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and internal stakeholders.
The talent we want to inspire has..
- Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP Success Factors, Protime or other H&S systems.
- Knowledge of databases, reporting, and analytics
- At least 3 years' experience in a payroll management role and a good knowledge of social legislation
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
