Today Bingoal is a dynamic, international and ambitious company looking for a passionate and motivated Infrastructure Support colleaguewho will play a key role for the organization and its continuous growth.
Your Role
As the person responsible for Infrastructure Support at Bingoal, you will be part of the IT team and collaborate with your colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient running of Bingoal’s infrastructure and applications. Specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Hardware: installing, configuring and maintaining servers, workstations, printers and other IT equipment and managing the inventory of IT equipment
• Software: installing, configuring and maintaining OS, applications and software updates
• Network: monitoring and maintaining network performance, including routers, switches and firewalls and implement appropriate security measures
• System: performing routine system maintenance tasks, such as backups & updates and administrating user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, domain access, file system, …)
• Overall infrastructure performance tuning: CPU / Memory usage, cross components communication speed, …
• Identifying, analysing, troubleshooting and documenting technical issues
• Providing high quality support to end-users at the headquarters and shops in Belgium
• Being a professional point of contact with different internal and external stakeholders including internal clients, partners and suppliers

Your Profile

• Ideally, you have a first experience in an IT support/help-desk or similar position and are already familiar with concepts like DHCP, DNS, AD objects, Exchange Online and access permissions
• You love analysing, understanding and fixing computer and network environments thanks to your strong technical knowledge and pragmatic mindset
• As a resourceful problem-solver, you are determined to tackleany challenge at your best
• Your entrepreneurial and curious nature lead you to constantly explore opportunities for innovation as well as opportunities for developing your own skills and knowledge
• You have excellent verbal and writing communication skills which enable you to be a strong partner for stakeholders
• You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
