In light of further international expansion of its business, Parkwind is looking for a Internal Auditor to expand its Risk & Internal Audit team. .
Your Role:
- Coordinate and define the risk-based internal audit planning (operational audits). Execute operational audits and formulate recommendations. Monitor audit recommendations.
- Coordinate the J-SOX compliance program, in collaboration with HQ.
- Support the First Party Audits for our ISO certifications (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, 45001).
- Where relevant, collaborate with external audit consultants.
- Report to the Audit Committee and the Board, providing independent and objective assurance, as to whether the risks threatening the company’s objectives, are managed to remain within the determined Risk Appetite.
- Overall objective is to help the company sustain and improve the internal control environment.
Profile:
- A relevant Master’s degree.
- Min. 5 years of auditing experience.
- CIA certification is a plus.
- A genuine interest in renewable energy, in all its aspects (technical, financial, legal, etc.).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch or Japanese is a plus.
- Trustworthy, with a high degree of independence.
- Critical mindset, inquisitive, analytical, able to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization.
- Willing to travel.
