We are looking for an Inventory and Quality Specialist to work with our expert Warehouse and Logistics team of over 90 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Warehouse and Logistics? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

Lead Logistics & warehouse CAPA investigations together with QA & Supplier quality, manage customer complaint cases, Support internal and customer quality audits.
Train & Coach warehouse operations teams on any quality related process changes. Manage the changes to ensure successful deployment of changes with operations.
Develop and maintain quality and deviation management processes and Work instructions
Be the focal point of managing customer complaint cases and manage overall warehouse and logistics case management
Recommend improvements to existing processes through Lean / Six Sigma methodology
Manage the inventory process in the warehouse, cycle counting setups, physical inventory, stock scrapping process and other inventory related processes. Report out on and track ageing inventory

Job Requirements:

Min 5 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supplier quality environment.
Quality Assurance / Supplier quality experience
Experience in managing inventory related processes like cycle counting, annual physical inventory
Proficient with excel and other analytical tools
Undergraduate Degree/bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management

It would be a plus if you have experience in:

Experience in CRM / ERP / QMS
Dutch is a plus
