IT Consultant Needed in Antwerpen, Belgium

We are looking for an experienced IT Consultant with strong Microsoft skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in advising and implementing Microsoft solutions, with the ability to provide comprehensive support and manage IT projects. You will be responsible for supporting users, resolving issues, and ensuring efficient management of IT systems and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily support to professional users across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT issues.
2. Handle and resolve incoming problems and queries through a ticketing system.
3. Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion and manage asset updates.
4. Administer hardware and IT systems with a focus on budget optimization and efficiency.
5. Install and configure computers, smartphones, and tablets.
6. Organize training sessions on applications and communicate clearly with management, end-users, and colleagues.
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a support role or similar.
3. Deep knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Exchange.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Flexibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
7. Certifications in Microsoft technologies are a significant plus.
8. Interest in new technologies and ability to meet deadlines.
