Our multidisciplinary Tax teams work side by side, both in Belgium and across borders, to help clients make the changes they need to be transparent, accountable and sustainable. We're looking for talented Junior Accounting & Tax Consultants to join our Tax and Legal Services department as part of our Tax & Accounting team. We are actively seeking candidates who can start immediately in our Ghent office , as well as those who are available to start after graduation in August 2025 across our offices in Brussels, Antwerp, and Ghent.

Your impact

• Participate in a wide range of tasks depending on your knowledge and interests.
  
• Assist clients in complying with their accounting requirements. Be responsible for the year-end/interim reporting of multiple local and international companies, as well as the preparation and submission of their statutory financial statements in Belgium.
  
• Support clients with their tax requirements. Assist with advising clients on tax strategy, and with preparing various tax reporting requirements.
  
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal and external processes and technology to build a sustainable reporting and tax function for the future, taking into consideration tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities.
  
• Analyse and roll out your clients’ preferred target operating model from a statutory and tax perspective on a global scale.
  
• Develop deep technical and digital expertise.
  
• Establish contacts at international level, gaining insights into how businesses evolve on a global scale.
  
• Participate in extensive training.
  

About you

• Bachelor's or master’s related to accounting, taxation or any other economic orientation.
  
• Graduating this academic year or up to two years’ experience.
  
• A born team player who likes to take the initiative.
  
• A critical, analytical mind.
  
• Client-oriented and an outstanding communicator.
  
• Keen to continue learning and developing.
  
• Experience using tools such as Excel, Alteryx, data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau); familiarity with ERPs is a plus.
  
• Fluent in Dutch or French, and English.
