The Interim Manager will lead the 'Pay & Benefits Support Team' of the company that consists of 3 permanent people & 12 external contractors, for Belgium (4 sites & 2.500 people) and Europe (15 countries & 600 people), and that is responsible of payroll delivery, working time & absence, insured benefits (pension/health/life), employee help desk, hiring & exit processes, social security, tax & legal compliance (audits, GDPR, SOX).
This mission requires 80% working time from December 2024 to March 2025 (ideally also few days in November for a direct handover from the current Manager), with at least 2 days per week on-site.
Responsibilities

Daily operations & projects of Pay & Benefits Support team:
- Be the contact person for escalations related to daily operations
- Follow up on mid-sized & main projects run by team members
- Lead team weekly planning meeting / steer members
- Attend monthly meetings
- Review statistics from platform / KPI’s monthly data together with external provider
- People management:
-
Have weekly report-out to team’s head of
- Have weekly catch-up with different team members (operational / project support but also development coaching in general)
- Management meetings:
- Attend management meetings of HR department on a bi-weekly basis

Attend management meetings with external providers on a monthly basis
Must Have
-
Master in Law or in HR

As from 10 years
- In-house experience
-
In the management of a HR team
- English very Fluent

Plug & play profile with autonomy
Nice to have
- Social Law and/or Payroll experience
- Multinational experience
