Function
You will be responsible for the development of security operations and policies within TML.
Your tasks:
- Implementing a safety, health and welfare policy for all units in the Ghent region.
- Together with management, you determine the strategy and policy for prevention and safety.
- You develop and implement concrete action plans and various procedures.
- Draw up and elaborate new prevention measures.
- Monitor safety awareness within the company and compliance with safety instructions.
- Lead and organize activities such as: internal audits, external audits, training to promote well-being and safety within the company, workplace inspection,...
Profile

- You are in possession of a diploma prevention advisor level I.
- Very good communication skills in Dutch and English, good basic knowledge of French.

- Administrative and organizational skills are a must: you have a digital mindset!
