We are seeking a motivated Project Manager Solar PV to join our Renewable Energy team for Continental Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing photovoltaic (PV) projects across our European countries, from conception to completion. This includes conducting feasibility studies, overseeing project execution, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for renewable energy.
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity:

• Project planning and feasibility studies:
  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, including site assessments and technical evaluations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, in close collaboration with our external partners.
• Project Execution and Oversight:
  • Manage all phases of PV project implementation, from design and procurement to construction and commissioning.
  • Oversee the work of contractors, engineers, and other project team members to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including customers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all technical aspects of the project comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in PV technology and incorporate them into project planning and execution.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and as-built drawings.

Do you recognize yourself?

• You have min. 5 years of experience in managing PV or renewable energy projects.
• You have strong project management skills.
• You have technical expertise in PV systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have a good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• You are proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
