• Oversee the entire quality management on the Kapelle op den Bos site (Eternit NV).
• Manage quality in terms of both products and production processes.
• Comply with legal standards.
• Manage complaints.
• Focus on continuous improvement process in both product and process optimization.
• Manage stakeholders (not exhaustive: sales (international), production, after sales, inter company, ITC, manufacturing process, etc.
• Collaborate closely with your team and various internal departments and external stakeholders.

• A relevant engineering degree.
• Several years of experience in quality management in similar industry.

• High-analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Proven people management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
