Sales Service Coordinator - Brussels, Belgium

Key Responsibilities:
1. Update and maintain documentation related to sales projects.
2. Ensure timely submission of purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
3. Manage and keep insurance documents up to date for assigned projects.
4. Maintain communication with clients and subcontractors.
5. Handle administrative follow-up procedures and coordinate within project teams.
6. Oversee order invoicing, administrative workflows, and project management.
7. Create quotes for existing clients and manage spare parts sales activities.
8. Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts sales.
9. Coordinate quotation, order processing, and invoicing for parts.
10. Manage the reception and shipment of goods within the company.
11. Supervise warehouse activities and ensure efficient invoicing for service orders.
12. Assist in executing marketing campaigns.
Required Skills:
1. MBO diploma or equivalent.
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a technical work environment.
3. Client-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
4. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
5. Strong skills in planning, coordination, and project management.
6. Experience with order management, invoicing, and spare parts sales processes.
7. Ability to handle administrative workflows and maintain accurate project documentation.
