We are seeking a Scrum Master to join the APS Channels squad within the Agile Production Services (APS) tribe, responsible for supporting infrastructure solutions such as CFT, Message Queuing, databases, OS validation, and automation.
Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
• Ensure smooth use of Agile methodology and guide the team through key processes.
• Remove obstacles and support the team’s continuous improvement.
• Assist with Definition of Done (Do D) and Sprint Backlog management.
• Communicate with stakeholders, protecting the team from scope creep.
• Track team capacity and velocity for effective sprint planning.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French; good English.
• Experience: 3+ years in a Scrum Master role, 5+ years of professional experience.
• Skills: Proficient with Agile tools (Jira, Rally); knowledge of Scrum and Kanban; experience in infrastructure and banking is a plus.
