Senior IAM Engineer (SailPoint) - Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Sail Point solutions, integrating with various enterprise systems.
- Configure and customize the Sail Point platform to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Oversee user lifecycle management, including role-based access control (RBAC), user provisioning, and de-provisioning.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and IAM policies through regular audits and remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with IT security teams, application owners, and business units to define and refine IAM policies.
- Provide support for complex issues within the Sail Point environment, including root cause analysis and incident resolution.
- Develop scripts and workflows to automate IAM processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for all IAM processes, configurations, and changes within the Sail Point platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant IAM or Sail Point certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, role management, and access governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex IAM issues.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS.
- Proficiency in scripting and workflow automation within the Sail Point platform.
- Strong communication skills in English, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
