As a Support Engineer based in Hasselt, Belgium, you will serve as the primary IT support contact for users in the Antwerp and Limburg regions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, configuring equipment such as hand scanners, label printers, Cisco switches, and access points. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations for Cebeo, a leading distributor of electrical materials and technical solutions. The position requires strong networking skills and experience with Cisco systems. Fluency in Dutch and English is necessary.
2. Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues in the Antwerp and Limburg regions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, escalating to second-line support when necessary.
Configure and maintain hand scanners, label printers, Cisco switches, and access points.
Provide technical support to ensure effective use of IT systems and equipment.
3. Qualifications
Strong networking knowledge with experience troubleshooting Cisco systems.
Proven experience in a similar support role, ideally within a technical or distribution environment.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
