Yusen Logistics Benelux has branches in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Sweden. We have about 1000 colleagues working on these locations. We are looking for a new Talent Acquisition and Training Officer to join our Benelux HR team.
What’s the job about:
1/ Talent acquisition
- Active candidate sourcing: You'll be on the front lines of talent acquisition, actively sourcing top candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach. You'll also build and nurture a talent pipeline that ensures we're ready for future growth.
- Screening & interviewing: Review resumes and applications to identify high-potential candidates, followed by interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
- Recruitment database management: Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date, tracking progress on job applications and ensuring smooth communication with candidates.
- Partnering with hiring managers: Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, ensuring we find the best fit for each role.
- Offer negotiation & onboarding support: Manage the offer process, assist candidates with understanding compensation packages, and support their smooth transition during onboarding.
- Designing face-to-face and online training: You will create and develop engaging training modules, workshops, and e-learning programs based on business needs, including crafting professional presentations and training materials.
- Facilitating trainings: You will organize and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for both white- and blue-collar employees, ensuring smooth planning, communication, and timely execution of all training programs.
- Optimizing our training portfolio: You will manage and improve our current training programs, ensuring they remain relevant, interactive, and impactful for all employees.
- Managing training records: You will maintain accurate training records, store them in our Learning Management System (LMS), and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and success of each training program.
- A degree in a relevant field such as HR, psychology, education, business, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills combined with a genuine interest in building business relationships.
- A preference for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid presentation and facilitation skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch. Proficiency in French, or a willingness to improve, is a big plus, as you will be expected to conduct interviews and deliver training sessions in French.
- Flexibility, drive, and the willingness to travel to different sites across the Benelux region.
