- You represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally.
- You are steering the synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents and statutory agents, personal banking…
- You are responsible for the commercial performance of your team.
- You manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the results of your team.
- You have a strong anchorage in the local life, and you enjoy creating new relationship to create business opportunities.
- You have relevant Private Banking experience.
- You have excellent communication and coaching skills.
- You are result-oriented, have a strong commercial drive and ready to lead by example
- You have a change mindset.
- You are French and Dutch speaking, with a good knowledge of English.
