This position provides primarily remote technical support to all direct Panasonic customers. It is the next escalation level in case of technical problems after the Field Support Engineers
Duties and responsibilities :
You are responsible for implementing the technical policy within the organization for the Heating & Cooling products: Heat Pumps (A2W), Room Air Conditioners (RAC, PAC) and Air Conditioner Systems (VRF):

• You support distributors/installers and end-users on site or remotely in case of technical issues;
• You provide service and product training and technical information for existing and new customers and service partners;
• You prepare technical documentation and training material;
• You take proactive action to adequately solve daily issues in the service and technical area together with the Technical Manager;
• You communicate with the Technical Support Team in the European organization.
• You handle phone calls and emails in support of the Call Centre agents as a priority.

Job requirements:

• You have a relevant technical (undergraduate) education and accreditation in the field of refrigeration and heating technician or equivalent through experience;
• 3 to 5 years of knowledge and experience in the field of:
• Air conditioning (RAC, PAC, VRF)
• Heating systems and hydraulics
• Heat pump
• You are up to date with the latest technical requirements and regulations;
• You are strongly customer- and result-oriented; hands-on mentality; enterprising and enthusiastic team player; stress-resistant;
• You have the ability to apply your knowledge of technical data and make thorough analyses and improvements to the processes;
• You have high self-motivation;
• Above-average communication skills and representative appearance;
• Willingness to travel;
• Good knowledge of the Dutch, French and English languages, both verbally and in writing

Besides that we expect you to be flexible, creative, a problem-solver with a pioneering spirit, the ability to work in virtual teams and high self-motivation.
