Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• University Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline; or Higher Secondary education and completed higher vocational training leading to a formal technical or professional certification with 2 years’ position-related experience; or a Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation in database administration with 4 years’ position-related experience.
• OR a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the last five (5) years in the administration and programming of the current HRDS workflow software suite, including Genpact Cora Se Quence™, as well as a Genpact certificate of completion of training on Se Quence, also within the last five (5) years.
• Proficiency in English equivalent to or higher than the NATO Standardised Level Profile 3, 3, 3, 3 (i.e., Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills must be excellent) set in NATO STANAG 6001 (B2, B2, B2, B2 using CEF);

Duties/role:

• Designing, maintaining and updating the BPM workflows used to support key core HRDS processes (response time is between 1 hour and 10 days);
• Developing and generating Microsoft SQL database queries, scripts, functions, stored procedures, and jobs in support of data management efforts on behalf of the NATO-wide HRDS user community (response time is within 1 and 3 days);
• Developing and generating database queries and reports in support of NATO-wide HRDS user community (response time is within 1 and 3 days).Developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Shell scripts working with Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Share Point 2013/2019 on premise, and Active Directory (response time is within 1 and 3 days);
