The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives, including search campaigns, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising, as well as collaborating with the interactive team on website development to ensure SEO optimization. Making recommendations on emerging digital technologies and identifying strategic partners.
This position is part of the Marketing department at Hach located in Jundiaí/SP and will be hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Creating and executing plans, strategies, calendars, and guidelines through creative concepts and ideas for all stages of the commercialization process of products/applications/services of the water quality segment operating companies in Brazil - Hexis, based on commercial and technical data priorities.
• Partnering with the Sales sector to strategize and execute lead generation campaigns.
• Developing concepts, content, storytelling, and maintaining local and multinational campaigns for value sales communications WQ (products/applications/strategic markets) in new and existing channels.
• Developing and scheduling the communication plan around the launch and reinforcement of new products, based on the customer journey in Brazil.

Essential job requirements include:

• 4-6 years of experience with B2B companies
• Completed higher education (Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields)
• Advanced English

Desired job requirements include:

• Knowledge of graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, UX)
• Experience with Salesforce

O Analista de Marketing será responsável de planejar e executar iniciativas de marketing, incluindo campanhas de busca, e-mail marketing, marketing em mídias sociais e publicidade online, além de colaborar com a equipe interativa no desenvolvimento do site para garantir a otimização de SEO. Fazer recomendações sobre novas tecnologias digitais emergentes e identificar parceiros estratégicos.


Esta posição faz parte do departamento de Marketing da Hach localizada em Jundiaí/SP e será híbrida.


Nesta função, um dia típico incluirá:

• Criação e execução de planos, estratégias, calendários e diretrizes através de conceitos e ideias criativas para todas as etapas do processo de comercialização de produtos/aplicações/serviços das empresas operadoras do segmento de qualidade de água do Brasil - Hexis, com base em dados comerciais e técnicos prioridades.
  
• Estabelecer parcerias com o setor de Vendas para estrategizar e executar campanhas de geração de Leads.
  
• Desenvolvimento de conceitos, conteúdo, storytelling e manutenção de campanhas locais e multinacionais para comunicações de vendas de valor WQ (produtos/aplicações/mercados estratégicos) em canais novos e existentes.
  
• Desenvolvimento e agendamento do plano de comunicação em torno do lançamento e reforço de novos produtos, com base na trajetória do cliente no Brasil.
  

Os requisitos essenciais para o trabalho incluem:

• 4-6 anos de experiência com empresas B2B
  
• Ensino Superior completo (Marketing, Publicidade, Adm de Empresas ou afins)
  
• Inglês avançado
  

Os requisitos desejavies para o trabalho incluem:
