Responsibilities: The Opportunity


To provide proactive, high quality support to the Compliance & Ethics team for Brazil on the promotion, monitoring and enforcement of the Pepsi Co’s Global Code of Conduct and Compliance & Ethics programs through regular handling and management of potentially significant violations of the Code of Conduct, training and communication on anti-bribery/anti-corruption and ethics.


In addition to supporting the Brazil team in execution of the global compliance program, this role will also lead Brazil’s implementation of key improvements in the Global Third Party Due Diligence program, namely, rescoping, testing and third party media monitoring.



Furthermore, this role oversights the “Compliance and Ethics Champions Program” that develops and sustains Compliance embassadors, employees that will cascade down the messages.



This role also provides analytical and program support to Lat Am’s Chief Compliance Officer, primarily related to Speak Up and trend analysis.

Your Impact



  • Oversight of Global Licenses & Permits guidance, which will require significant interaction with Legal, Operations, and EHS, in coordation with the lead officer
  • Supporting the rest of the Brazil team as needed with reporting and analytics for the respective Brazil businesses, investigations of Potentially Significant Violations of the Code of Conduct, training in investigations and ABAC issues, as well as other activities designed to enhance the compliance and ethics culture and reduce risk.
  • Provide analytical and program support to Lat Am’s Chief Compliance Officer, primarily related to Speak Up and trend analysis.
  • Support to promote, monitor and enforce Compliance & Ethics program and Pepsi Co’s Code of Conduct including anti-bribery / corruption.
  • Support officers in the creation and update of the presentations and training materials required in different forums such as the Control Environmental Council (CEC), Compliance & Ethics (GC&E) and Anti-Bribery (ABAC) trainings.
  • Support cross-functional partners in Speak Up investigations through training of investigators and designing specialized courses in investigations and methodology of the Speak Up program.
  • Coordinate, monitor and manage all C&E training sessions in conjunction with HR, Legal and other functions to maximize attendance and effectiveness.
  • Support officer in the inventory, monitoring and assessment of Pepsi Co local policies and procedures.
  • Support C&E Officer to ensure new employees, current employees and third-party agents are educated in the programs, specific policies and procedures and the compliance and ethical requirements relevant to their job responsibilities for Brazil.
Qualifications: Who Are We Looking For?
  • Graduated in Law
  • Experience in C&E matters
  • Portuguese and English fluent – both speaking and writing abilities
  • Previous experience of training and case management (NAVEX, Ethics Point, Certa) would be beneficial
  • Excellent command and handling in systems basically Microsoft applications’ skills particularly Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook
