RESUMO

Responsável pela coordenação de embarques de importação marítima, contato com clientes no Brasil e agentes no exterior, companhias marítimas, despachantes e terminais portuários sempre visando o atendimento ao cliente.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Coordenação e agenciamento de carga de importação marítima;
Correção de documentos e instrução de embarque;
Processos de HBL e MBL;
Acompanhamento de carga com o cliente;
Solicitar e revisar documentos;
Envio de pré alerta;
Realizar a manutenção e inclusão de processos em planilhas específicas de controle;
Fazer e receber instrução de embarque (R.I) junto à origem;
Demais rotinas da área

REQUISITOS

Formação Superior Completa;
Inglês Fluente;
Conhecimento com Pacote Office;
Experiência com agenciamento de carga de importação marítima;
Residir em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro ou Porto Alegre;
