- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning technology products
- Strong analytical skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from complex data
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and translate customer needs into projects using creative thinking and innovation
- Experience thinking strategically and executing tactically, with the desire to roll up your sleeves
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools for process optimization and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent both in English and Portuguese
Key job responsibilities
- Define user needs and identify gaps, features enhancements and opportunities to grow the business.
- Define creative, high-quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision.
- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load.
- Continuous monitor customer experience performance, identify gaps and improvement areas and build improvement plan.
- Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to the market.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units
- Experience in start-up type environments or short-cycle businesses
- Knowledge of LLM and Generative Artificial Intelligence
