Senior Publisher Acquisition Manager

What will you do:
- Engage with publishers at all levels to explore and secure partnerships, focusing on Premium Publishers (T1, T2, and Editorial).
- Manage daily outreach, meetings (online/offline), and emails, while keeping Hub Spot updated and maintaining ongoing relationships with partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, while regularly meeting KPIs.
- Leverage our product strengths to craft tailored solutions for clients and publishers, using a deep understanding of client attraction and retention strategies.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, sharing key insights with your team to mitigate risks and optimize opportunities (e.g., CPC drops, new algorithms, emerging competitors).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ad Tech entities, and partners, while minimizing potential revenue loss.
- Conduct lead generation and evaluation of priority websites, utilizing tools like Similar Web, Red Volcano, and Alexa to build a high-priority pipeline for different client tiers.
- Create and present customized proposals, business documents, and commercial offers, working closely with leadership for approvals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and secure new partnerships.
- Collaborate with client teams and Account Managers to ensure successful ad tech implementation and long-term client success.
- You have 3+ years of experience in publisher acquisition and development, with a strong background in business development and a solid network in the native advertising and publishing industry. You excel in creating and adapting publisher acquisition strategies based on market dynamics.
- You have a deep understanding of publisher monetization models, Native Advertising Technology, and market competition. Experience with native advertising platforms is a plus.
- You have worked with publishers, media groups, app developers, and networks in Brazil, and maintain strong relationships in the local publishing market. You understand publishers’ business operations, their challenges, and revenue generation strategies from a technology partner's perspective.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Experience in Ad Tech/Mar Tech or native platforms and programmatic monetization.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience with analytics platforms and CRM tools.
- Intermediate English
- Advanced Portuguese
