What you’ll do:

• Organize workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Be accountable for ensuring orders are received into the ERP system and/or other support databases.
• Monitor employee productivity and providing constructive feedback/coaching and training.
• Maintain Customer Master and Training Manual.
• Assess current practices for continuous process improvements.
• Assist in product allocation and order management in Mississauga and Calgary plant.
  

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisor/manager experience in customer service
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within an 80-km radius of the specified job location(s) will be considered.

• Degree or diploma in Business or Communications from an accredited institution

Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Bilingual- English/French is an asset, but not required
