We are currently seeking full-time Warehouse Associates to work at our Mississauga location – 2785 Skymark Ave.


Job Description
The Dispatcher is responsible for communicating and coordinating all orders with couriers. In addition, ensuring all deliveries are scanned, routed, labelled and checked accurately prior to being shipped, by following guidelines as outlined in the work instructions.


Job Responsibilities

• Assign routes and print labels for deliveries being prepared for shipping
• Ensure all orders are accurately labelled and piece count verified
• Ensure that all orders are scanned prior to being shipped
• Ability to build routes with density and use shipping program to assist in ensuring that required delivery times are met
• Responsible for continuously monitoring the shipping and warning screens in the Monarch system
• Responsible for changing the order status (delivery or pick up orders ) in the Monarch system when driver notifies of attempt.
• Assist with general warehouse duties
• Icepack Maintenance
• Follow up with TL and or Management in regards to External events that would cause or is causing late orders
• Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
• Able to Supervise drivers and Escalate issues to TL as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of previous dispatch experience, in the GTA
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
• Flexibility to work other shifts to meet the requirements of our evolving business is preferred
