OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Field Services Specialist, the Field Services Analyst is responsible for accurately counting and recording of AMS Oil Container bags dropped off at the Burlington bailing facility, while working closely with facility staff to ensure precise bag counts are maintained.
Working On-Site, appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times in the facility. This is a two-month fixed-term contract position, with potential extension based on business needs. Mandatory perfect attendance is required throughout the contract, working 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, including two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately account for and record the number of bags dropped off at the facility, including those piled for loading onto the bailer conveyor.
- Continuously track delivery of AMS bags to the facility throughout the day using a provided counting device.
- Maintain accurate daily records of bag counts.
- Communicate with drivers and on-site staff to verify the origin and program applicability of delivered materials.
- Receive, reconcile, and file daily summaries and documentation from facility staff; escalate any discrepancies.
- Report bag counts to the Supervisor, at an agreed-upon frequency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Specialist, Field Services.
- Internal Relationships Collaborate closely with the AMS team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and to meet AMS program objectives using a professional, cooperative and accountable work style.
- Maintain positive and professional working relationships with drivers and facility staff.
Education
- High school diploma
- No prior experience necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods of time.
- Able to safely lift up-to 50 pounds at a time, multiple times per shift. Continuous lifting is not expected.
- Able to work in an environment that is open to the elements, may be dirty, slippery and surrounded with heavy machinery and processing equipment.
- Must be willing and able to arrive on time, work every shift as assigned, and work onsite 100% of the time. No option for remote or hybrid work.
