Front Desk Reception - Office Clerk

Status: Professional, Temporary, Full-Time

CHALLENGES WE OFFER
Extra's

• Event planning. Help organize and plan all functions (customer appreciation, Ag days, Hog Days, Ect.)
• Assist, order and organize all Sollio Agriculture swag orders. Ensure stock of giveaway items for events.

IVS Inventory

• Count IVS inventory
• Coordinate with Admin team on frequency and timing
• Investigate discrepancies

Statements

• Print and organize invoices through the month
• Scan statements and send electronic ones to customers
• Package and send out statements in the mail to any not on electronic (Max 3 days into new month)

Customer service/ Reception/ Sollio storefront

• Greet all guests, customers, vendors, ect
• Answer main phone and transfer to proper party
• Enter any Sollio Agriculture orders for walk ups/ phone calls
• Take payment for any walk inns

IVS store front

• Order all IVS products weekly
• Ensure customer specific items are in stock based on the frequency or order patterns
• Ensure store is stocked, clean, items stickered and put away in a neat orderly fashion
• Ample supplies for customers (dry ice, boxes, freezer creates, ect)
• Receive items
• Enter customer orders into NAV
• Check pricing, accuracy, ect before posting

YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years related experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience;
• Experience with customer service;
• You have a passion for agriculture and knowledge of the Western Canada Market;
• You are able to work independently while effectively managing your time;
• You possess customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs;
• Proficiency of O365;
• Strong Organizational skills
