We are searching for an Experienced RV Professional that can assist to manage a growing sales organization for Canada’s premier RV dealership, Woody’s RV World - Abbotsford!

• Sales and sales management 60%-70%
• General Operations 30%-40%

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidates must have verifiable track records, impeccable reputation, exceptional training and strong leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Dealer Socket
• Strong selling & negotiation skills together with the ability to analyze market performance while maintaining a positive atmosphere & image.
• Establish long & short term sales goals, control of RV inventory and CRM.
• Provide continuing training and development, regular coaching & motivation.
• Facilitate the operation of an efficient & effective dealership, while continuing to build a strong customer base and managing customer opportunities.
