What you'll do
What you bring

• As per IBEW Collective Agreement.
• BC Trade qualification or Interprovincial Red Seal Endorsement
• Basic computer skills and use with Microsoft programs and applications
• Valid B.C. Class 5 driver's licence
• It would be preferred that the successful candidates have a high level of proficiency in at least two building trades and a

basic understanding of other trades associated with building maintenance

• Strong commitment to safety, Work Safe BC requirements and safe working practices
• Familiarity with Provincial building code, Work Safe BC and other applicable codes related to building operation and
