Integration Specialist
The Shandex Group is a sales, distribution and logistics company in Pickering. The Integration Specialist will be responsible for development, testing and implementation of integrations for internal and external systems. System includes but are not limited to ERP, WMS and TMS. A large part of the job will be managing EDI communication and integration. Creating automated processes to keep the business running and in a position for growth.
Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage EDI communication.
• Map EDI integration.
• Develop API
• Onboard new customers and clients.
• Collaborate with various internal teams and external clients to define requirements, develop and document plans to meet business requirements.
• Business process automation
• Exception reporting and error resolution
• Test and deploy software customizations
• Assist with relevant software upgrades and installs

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and experience with the following:
• 1. EDI X122. XML3. API4. JSON5. Web Services6. AS27. FTP
• Preference for candidates with knowledge of Sage 300, SAP, MS 365 platform, Azure, Power automate, Power BI and SSRS/MS SQL.
• Programing comprehension i.e. Power Shell, Python
• Knowledge of order processing, accounting, shipping and freight an asset.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Possess creativity and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, verbally and written.

Pay: $53,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
