About the Position:
Walters is looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude who are seeking a position that will provide quick career growth as a coating professional.

Reporting to the Shipping & Paint Supervisor, the labourer will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Rig, hoist and move material using overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Learn how to properly mix and apply a variety of industry paint.
• Operate trade tools such as paint sprayers, paint measuring tools and gauges and sandblasters to assist Painters.
• Keeping an organized and clean work environment.
• Ensuring to follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Opportunity to cross train on various material handling equipment and production machines.

Work Location:

• Princeton Facility, Paint Department.

Position Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to learn in a fast pace environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and able to work well with others as part of a team.
• Able to adapt and complete tasks as priorities change.
• Strong time management skills and work ethic.
