We are excited to announce our search for Location Manager in our Yorkville Village location. In this role you’ll bring your strengths in creating an environment that supports WAXON’s brand and focus on high quality and great client experiences.
Your Responsibilities:

• Front Desk coordination
• Day to day operations, tracking, reporting, general management
• Staffing and scheduling controls
• Achieving weekly and monthly goals and targets set by your Franchise Partner
• Provide clients with superior customer service, handle any client issues
• Provide a superior employee experience for your team
• Inventory Management
• Merchandising
• Weekly Report Review Meeting with upper Management
• Weekly one on one meetings with team members
• Leading team meetings

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Enthusiastic people person with leadership qualities
• A passion for the beauty industry
• Highly motivated, solution-focused
• Able to effectively drive sales and hit targets set to you
• Motivate your team to perform at a very high standard
• Ability to delegate, instruct and self-motivated
• Able to organize, prioritize and complete tasks simultaneously
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work some evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
